    • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
    • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  2. Shipping Coverage
    • We offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of cart value.
    • We deliver across *India to almost every serviceable PIN code* through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
    • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or a refund.

  3. Delivery Timelines
    • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
    • Actual delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including:
      • Customer location and serviceability within India
      • Courier partner operations and transit schedules
      • Weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, floods, or other natural disruptions
      • Public holidays and local restrictions
      • High order volumes during sales, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns
      • Unforeseen transportation or logistics delays
      While we strive to ensure timely deliveries across India, delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across India.
    • No additional charges apply for COD orders.

  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
    • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.
    • A tracking number and courier partner details.
    • Real-time tracking updates through the courier partner's tracking system.

  6. Delayed Deliveries
    Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe across India, delays may occur due to:
    • Adverse weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • High order volumes
    • Courier partner operational delays
    • Transportation disruptions
    • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
    ARZO is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers; however, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns wherever possible.

  7. Incorrect Shipping Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address, PIN code, or contact information is provided:
    • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
    • ARZO is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided during checkout.

  8. Failed Delivery Attempts
    Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
    If delivery cannot be completed due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address details
    • Refusal to accept the package
    The order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

  9. International Shipping
    Currently, ARZO ships only within India and does not offer international shipping at this time.
