At Arzo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy:
Eligibility
- Return, refund, or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or physical damage will be assessed accordingly for further processing of Return/exchange or refund.
Exchange Policy
- Size-related exchanges are allowed.
- Customers may exchange their product for any other available product on the website. If the new product's value is higher, the price difference must be paid during checkout. If the value is lower, the balance amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.
- Free gifts or promotional items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return & Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer through Arzo's official support channels.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, though banking timelines may vary.
Promotional & Discounted Orders
- Orders purchased using special coupons, promotional codes, sale offers, bundle offers or limited-time discounts may not be eligible for refunds.
- Such orders will be eligible for exchange only, and the applicable terms will be clearly communicated during checkout or within the respective offer details.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Minor color variations caused by screen, lighting, or device display settings.
- Requests raised after the 7-day eligibility period.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs for verification.
- Upon approval, Arzo will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

- Arzo reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or exchange request.
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to successful quality checks.
